LiveHouse Privacy Policy

LiveHouse is a mobile service for discovering, watching, and saving live performance information. The service is currently operated by an individual operator, Song Jaewoo. This policy explains how LiveHouse processes personal information in the iOS app, Android app, and related public web pages.
This Privacy Policy is the public notice for all privacy practices. The required account sign-in consent is provided separately as the Required Privacy Consent.
The service operator may later change to a sole proprietorship, company, or other business entity. If personal information is transferred as part of such a change, LiveHouse will notify users as described in this policy.
1. Information We Process
Social sign-in
When a user signs in with a Google or Apple account, LiveHouse may receive the user's email address, name or nickname, profile image when provided by the sign-in provider, and social authentication identifier from Google or Apple.
Service data
- Saved performance, musician, and video identifiers
- Service account identifier, account status, and account deletion processing records
- Email address and message content when a user contacts support by email
Automatically collected data
- Service usage records, access logs, device, browser, and app information, and error or result categories needed for stability
- Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) identifiers and aggregated usage statistics for Android, iOS, and the livehouse.kr landing page, including app screen views, filter use, save/playback/sign-in results, account deletion results, landing page views, store badge clicks, language changes, section views, video play starts, and footer link clicks
- Firebase Crashlytics crash and diagnostic data, such as app version, device model, operating system version, crash timestamp, stack traces, and non-user-entered stability logs
LiveHouse custom analytics events do not include raw URLs, email addresses, nicknames, full error messages, or user-entered text. Playback position and similar convenience data may be stored locally on the device and is not sent to LiveHouse servers.
2. Purposes of Processing
- Account identification, Google or Apple sign-in, session management, and member management
- Saved performance sync and core service features such as feeds, filters, saved lists, performance detail pages, and YouTube video playback
- Service operation, quality improvement, statistics, reliability monitoring, abuse prevention, and dispute handling
- Support responses and service notices
3. Retention and Deletion
LiveHouse retains personal information while the account is active and the service is provided. If a user requests account deletion from Settings > Delete Account / 회원 탈퇴 in the app or through the account deletion request page, LiveHouse disables the account and stops using the account data for service features. To prevent abuse and handle disputes, deleted account information may be separated from active user data and retained for up to six months from the deletion date, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Third-party Provision and Service Providers
LiveHouse does not provide personal information to third parties outside the purposes described in this policy unless the user consents or the law requires it. LiveHouse uses the following service providers and external services to operate the app.

5. International Transfers
Some service providers operate infrastructure outside Korea. Personal information may be transferred over the network when users sign in, use the app, or play embedded content.

Users may contact LiveHouse to object to international transfers. If an objection makes a required provider unavailable, some service features may be limited.
6. Calendar and Device Permissions
The iOS app may request write-only calendar access when a user chooses to add a saved performance to the device calendar. Calendar data is not sent to LiveHouse servers. The Android app uses an intent to pass schedule details to a calendar app selected by the user.
7. Operator Change and Personal Information Transfer
The current service operator is an individual. If the service business is transferred to another operator, including a sole proprietorship or company, and personal information is transferred with it, LiveHouse will notify users in advance of the transfer, the recipient's identity and contact information, and how users may withdraw consent or delete their accounts if they do not want the transfer.
8. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for their personal information. Account deletion can be requested from Settings > Delete Account / 회원 탈퇴 in the app, or by following the account deletion request page if the app is unavailable. Requests can also be sent to the contact below.
9. Safeguards and Destruction
LiveHouse limits access to personal information, applies access control to systems that process personal information, and uses HTTPS encryption for data transmission. Electronic personal information that no longer needs to be retained is deleted in a way designed to prevent practical recovery.
10. Analytics and Diagnostics Controls
LiveHouse uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand app and landing page usage, and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and improve reliability. Users may manage device or browser-level privacy settings where supported, and may contact LiveHouse for requests related to analytics or diagnostics data associated with their account.
11. Children
LiveHouse is intended for users aged 14 or older. LiveHouse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and children under 14 may not create an account.

13. Changes
If this policy changes, LiveHouse will post the updated effective date on this page. Important changes will be announced in the app or on the website at least seven days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before changes that materially disadvantage users.

라이브하우스(LiveHouse) 앱(이하 "서비스")을 운영하는 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 개인정보 처리 전반을 공개하는 고지 문서입니다. 계정 로그인 시 필수로 동의받는 내용은 별도 필수 개인정보 수집·이용 동의 문서에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
현재 본 서비스의 운영 주체는 개인(운영자)입니다. 향후 운영·사업 주체가 개인사업자 또는 법인 등으로 변경될 수 있으며, 이 경우 제7조에 따라 이용자에게 고지합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법
가. 회원 가입·로그인 시 필수 항목
이용자가 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 소셜 로그인할 때, 각 로그인 제공자로부터 다음 정보를 제공받을 수 있습니다.

다. 자동으로 수집되는 정보
- 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 기기·브라우저 및 앱 정보, 서비스 안정성 확인을 위한 오류·결과 분류 정보
- Android 및 iOS 앱과 livehouse.kr 랜딩 페이지 이용 분석을 위한 Firebase Analytics(Google Analytics for Firebase) 식별자와 이용 통계 정보(앱 화면 조회, 필터 사용, 저장·재생·로그인·회원 탈퇴 결과, 랜딩 페이지 조회, 스토어 배지 클릭, 언어 변경, 섹션 노출, 영상 재생 시작, 푸터 링크 클릭 등)
- Firebase Crashlytics를 통한 크래시 및 진단 정보(앱 버전, 기기 모델, 운영체제 버전, 크래시 발생 시각, 스택 트레이스, 이용자가 직접 입력하지 않은 안정성 로그 등)
LiveHouse의 맞춤 분석 이벤트에는 원본 URL, 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 전체 오류 메시지, 이용자가 직접 입력한 문구를 포함하지 않습니다. 영상 재생 위치 등 시청 편의를 위한 일부 정보는 이용자 기기 내에만 임시 저장될 수 있으며 운영자 서버로 수집되지 않습니다.
라. 수집 방법
- Google 또는 Apple 소셜 로그인을 통한 제공
- 서비스 이용 과정에서의 자동 생성·수집
- 이메일을 통한 문의 시 이용자의 직접 입력
2. 개인정보의 처리 목적
운영자는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적으로만 이용하며, 목적이 변경되는 경우 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.
- 회원 식별 및 로그인, 세션 관리, 회원 관리
- 공연 저장, 공연 피드, 필터, 저장 목록, 공연 상세 정보, YouTube 공연 영상 재생 등 서비스 제공
- 서비스 운영, 품질 개선, 통계 분석, 안정성 확인, 부정 이용 방지 및 분쟁 대응
- 문의 응대 및 공지사항 전달
3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간
- 운영자는 원칙적으로 회원 탈퇴 시까지 개인정보를 보유·이용합니다.
- 이용자가 앱 내 설정 > 회원 탈퇴 메뉴 또는 계정 삭제 요청 페이지를 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청한 경우, 운영자는 해당 계정을 비활성화하여 서비스 이용을 중단시키며, 부정 이용 방지 및 분쟁 대응 등을 위해 해당 개인정보를 다른 이용자의 정보와 분리하여 보관한 후 탈퇴일로부터 6개월 이내에 파기합니다.
- 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우, 운영자는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 방침 제2조에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 이용자의 동의가 있거나 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 외부 서비스
운영자는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하거나 외부 서비스를 사용합니다.

운영자는 위탁 계약 체결 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리될 수 있도록 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 사항을 규정하고 있으며, 수탁자가 변경될 경우 본 방침을 통해 공개합니다.
6. 개인정보의 국외 이전
운영자가 이용하는 일부 서비스의 서버가 국외에 위치하여, 개인정보가 다음과 같이 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

이용자는 운영자의 문의처(아래 제13조)를 통해 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 거부 시 필수 제공자의 이용이 필요한 서비스 기능 일부가 제한될 수 있습니다.
7. 운영 주체의 변경 및 개인정보의 이전
- 현재 본 서비스의 운영 주체는 개인(운영자)이며, 향후 서비스의 운영·사업이 개인사업자 또는 법인 등 다른 주체로 이전(영업양도, 사업 양수도 등)될 수 있습니다.
- 이러한 이전에 따라 이용자의 개인정보가 함께 이전되는 경우, 운영자는 「개인정보 보호법」 제27조에 따라 개인정보를 이전하려는 사실, 이전받는 자의 성명 또는 명칭과 연락처, 이용자가 개인정보 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 동의를 철회할 수 있는 방법과 절차를 미리 이용자에게 알립니다.
- 이용자는 위 고지를 받은 후 개인정보 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 회원 탈퇴(동의 철회)를 할 수 있습니다.
8. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
- 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 회원 탈퇴는 앱 내 설정 > 회원 탈퇴 메뉴를 통해 직접 진행하거나, 앱 이용이 어려운 경우 계정 삭제 요청 페이지의 안내에 따라 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면, 이메일 등을 통해 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
9. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
- 파기 절차: 회원 탈퇴를 요청한 개인정보는 서비스 기능에서 더 이상 사용되지 않도록 처리된 후 분리 보관되며, 탈퇴일로부터 6개월 이내에 파기합니다. 그 밖에 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 관리적 조치: 개인정보 취급자 최소화 및 접근 권한 관리
- 기술적 조치: 개인정보 처리 시스템에 대한 접근 통제, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 적용
- 물리적 조치: 개인정보가 저장된 시스템에 대한 접근 통제
11. 자동 수집 장치(분석·진단 도구)의 설치·운영 및 거부
- 운영자는 Android 및 iOS 앱과 랜딩 페이지 이용 현황 분석, 서비스 안정성 개선을 위해 Firebase Analytics(Google Analytics for Firebase)와 Firebase Crashlytics를 사용합니다.
- 이용자는 운영체제 또는 브라우저가 제공하는 개인정보 설정을 통해 일부 분석 또는 식별자 설정을 관리할 수 있으며, 계정과 연결된 분석·진단 정보에 관한 요청은 아래 문의처로 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 운영자는 광고 추적 목적의 맞춤 이벤트를 기록하지 않으며, 맞춤 이벤트에 원본 URL, 이메일 주소, 닉네임, 전체 오류 메시지, 이용자가 직접 입력한 문구를 포함하지 않습니다.
12. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리
라이브하우스(LiveHouse) 앱은 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동은 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다.
13. 개인정보 보호책임자 및 문의처
운영자는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 이용자의 문의·불만·피해구제를 처리하기 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

15. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
- 본 개인정보처리방침은 법령·정책 또는 보안 기술의 변경에 따라 내용이 추가·삭제·수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
- 중요한 변경의 경우 최소 시행 7일 전, 이용자에게 불리한 중요 변경은 30일 전에 고지합니다.
