LiveHouse Account Deletion Request

To delete your LiveHouse account and saved show data, delete the account directly in the app or send an email request if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to LiveHouse with the Google or Apple account connected to your LiveHouse account.
2. Open the saved list / My Page screen.
3. Tap the settings button.
4. Choose Delete Account.
5. Confirm deletion on the confirmation screen.

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email support@livehouse.kr. Include the Google or Apple account email address, including any Apple private relay email address, that you used to sign in to LiveHouse so we can verify the request.

Data deleted

• LiveHouse service account link information
• Saved shows and saved artist data
• App data linked to the account for service features

Data that may be retained

Minimum records required for legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or dispute handling may be retained for a limited period under applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Simple account deactivation is not treated as account deletion.

LiveHouse 계정 삭제 요청

LiveHouse 계정과 계정에 연결된 저장 공연 데이터를 삭제하려면 앱 안에서 직접 회원 탈퇴를 진행하거나, 앱 이용이 어려운 경우 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

앱에서 삭제하는 방법

1. LiveHouse 앱에서 계정에 연결된 Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인합니다.
2. 저장 목록 또는 My Page 화면을 엽니다.
3. 설정 버튼을 누릅니다.
4. 회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
5. 확인 화면에서 삭제를 확정합니다.

이메일로 요청하는 방법

앱을 사용할 수 없다면 support@livehouse.kr으로 삭제 요청을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 LiveHouse에 로그인한 Google 또는 Apple 계정 이메일 주소를 함께 알려 주세요. Apple 비공개 릴레이 이메일을 사용한 경우 해당 주소를 알려 주세요.

삭제되는 데이터

• LiveHouse 서비스 계정 연결 정보
• 저장한 공연과 아티스트 목록
• 서비스 기능 제공을 위해 계정에 연결된 앱 데이터

보관될 수 있는 데이터

법령 준수, 보안, 부정 사용 방지, 분쟁 대응을 위해 필요한 최소 기록은 관련 법령과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 제한된 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다. 단순한 계정 비활성화는 회원 탈퇴로 처리하지 않습니다.
